I provide fully virtual individual therapy and couples counseling to individuals throughout Wisconsin. My clinical style is collaborative, honest, and grounded in evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs.
I use an eclectic approach drawing from modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and conflict concerns, self-esteem challenges, and trauma-related experiences, including dissociation and complex trauma. I also work with individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum adjustment.
My work focuses on helping clients better understand emotional and relational patterns, strengthen communication, and build practical skills that support increased self-awareness, autonomy, and lasting change. With a background in exercise science, I value the connection between mental and physical wellbeing as part of the therapeutic process.
